Wall-to-wall carpet deep cleaning

Our core service and the one most Dhaka homes book first. We dry-vacuum with a commercial upright, apply a pre-spray matched to your fibre, agitate traffic lanes with a rotary brush and then extract with heated rinse water. Edges and stair nosings are detailed by hand.

Most families book this once or twice a year, and again before Eid. It removes the grey film in hallways, revives colour in bedrooms and noticeably reduces dust and allergens in the air.

Sofa & upholstery cleaning

Fabric sofas collect body oils, food crumbs and dust in seams where no vacuum reaches. We start with a crevice vacuum, test for colour bleed and shrinkage, then clean with a hand tool that uses minimal water so cushions and frames never get soaked.

Velvet, chenille, linen blends and microfibre each get their own approach. Leather and suede are cleaned and conditioned with dedicated products, never with carpet chemistry.

Mattress sanitising

Mattresses hold dead skin, dust mites and sweat for years. We vacuum both sides with HEPA filtration, treat stains with enzyme cleaners and finish with a mild sanitising mist that dries quickly and leaves no perfume behind.

A good choice before a newborn arrives, after an illness in the family or when you move into a rented flat and want a fresh start.

Stain & odour removal

Tea, turmeric curry, betel leaf, ink, wax, wine, blood and mud each need a different chemistry. Our technicians carry a full spotting kit and work from the outside of the stain inward to avoid rings, rinsing each step before moving on.

Odours are traced to their source with UV lights where pets are involved, then neutralised with enzyme or oxidising treatments rather than covered with fragrance.

Curtains & drapes on-site

Heavy curtains trap dust and cooking smells but are hard to take down and dry. We clean them hanging, using a steam-free extraction wand and a gentle detergent, so you avoid shrinkage and the hassle of rehanging.

Blackout lining, sheers and embroidered fabrics are tested first. Where on-site cleaning is unsafe we will say so and recommend a specialist dry cleaner.

Car interior carpets & seats

Floor mats, boot carpets and fabric seats in cars and microbuses pick up road dust every day. We clean at your home parking or office basement using portable extraction and leave doors open to air-dry.

Popular with ride-sharing drivers, school-run families and companies with pool vehicles. Ask about fleet rates for five cars or more.

Choosing a method

Hot-water extraction or low-moisture?

Both methods are professional and both work. The right choice depends on your fibre, how soiled it is and how quickly the room must be back in use. We recommend one at inspection and explain why.

Hot-water extraction

Often called steam cleaning, this method injects heated rinse water into the pile and immediately vacuums it back out, carrying dissolved soil with it. It is the deepest clean available for most synthetic carpets.

  • Flushes out allergens, sand and old detergent residue
  • Drying time 4–8 hours depending on weather
  • Recommended by most carpet manufacturers for warranty care

Low-moisture encapsulation

A specialised detergent is brushed into the fibres, where it surrounds soil and dries into tiny crystals that are vacuumed away. Very little water is used, so the carpet is ready quickly.

  • Ideal for offices, monsoon months and quick turnarounds
  • Walkable in 30–60 minutes
  • Lower risk for delicate backings and older carpets
  • Great for maintenance between deep cleans

Getting ready

Five things to do before we arrive

A little preparation helps us finish sooner and focus the visit on cleaning rather than tidying. None of this is compulsory — our crew will happily help — but these steps keep your belongings safe.

Step 1

Clear the floor

Pick up toys, shoes, charging cables, papers and anything fragile or valuable.

Step 2

Point out problem spots

Tell us about stains, pet areas and anything spilled recently, and what was used on them.

Step 3

Secure pets

Keep cats and dogs in another room during cleaning and until the carpet has dried.

Step 4

Arrange water & power

We need one power socket and access to a tap; our machines use their own clean-water tanks.

Step 5

Plan for airflow

Open windows or run ceiling fans after we leave to speed up drying.
