Night-shift cleaning
Most commercial clients never see us. We arrive after your office closes, sign in with security, protect desks and cable trays, and work zone by zone. Encapsulation cleaning means carpets are dry within an hour, so we can clean the entire floor and still leave it ready for staff at 9 AM.
For hotels, we coordinate with housekeeping to clean vacated rooms between check-out and check-in, and schedule corridors during the quietest hours. Banquet halls are cleaned the morning after events so stains never have a chance to set.
Maintenance plans
Plans are billed monthly and can be paused for Ramadan hours or office closures. Rates below are guides for August 2026; we confirm after a site survey.

A formal quotation with scope, frequency, method statement and monthly cost, ready for your procurement process.
A deep initial clean resets the carpet to a maintainable standard. Maintenance visits then keep it there.

Yes. We issue quotations on company letterhead, accept purchase orders and provide invoices with standard 15-day terms. Payment by bank transfer, cheque, bKash or Nagad business accounts.
Every technician wears a Carpet Fresh Now uniform and carries a photo ID card. We can share staff names and national ID copies in advance with building security on request.
We photograph and report damaged or permanently stained tiles so you can plan replacements. If you keep spare tiles, we can swap them in during our visit.
Yes. Many clients prefer holiday closures for deep cleaning because offices are empty. Book two weeks ahead for Eid, Pohela Boishakh and Victory Day closures.
