What affects the price
We measure on site. Stairs, narrow corridors and many small rooms take longer than one open hall.
Wool, silk and delicate upholstery need slower methods. Very heavy soil may need two cleaning passes.
Upper floors without a lift, and buildings with limited parking, can add set-up time.
Evening, Friday and public-holiday bookings carry a 15% surcharge; weekday mornings are cheapest.
Travel zones
Dhaka traffic is real. A small travel fee for distant zones keeps our core prices low for everyone. The fee is waived on orders above ৳8,000.
Mirpur 1–14, Pallabi, Kazipara, Shewrapara, Agargaon, Rupnagar
Mohammadpur, Dhanmondi, Farmgate, Tejgaon, Gulshan, Banani, Mohakhali, Uttara
Bashundhara, Badda, Rampura, Khilgaon, Motijheel, Old Dhaka, Jatrabari
Pricing questions
After. You inspect the result with the lead technician, then pay by bKash, Nagad, cash or bank transfer. For rug-room orders and large commercial jobs we may ask for a 30% advance.
We can give a close estimate from photos and measurements, but fibre type, soil level and access change the time needed. The written quote at inspection is final — it will not increase once work starts unless you add items.
Yes. Clients who book a second visit within 12 months receive 10% off, and neighbours in the same building who book on the same day each receive 10% off.
Inside Zone A it is always free, even if you decide not to book. In Zones B and C the travel fee is charged only if you do not go ahead with the clean.
