Carpet, rug & upholstery cleaning · Dhaka
Carpet Fresh Now brings truck-grade hot-water extraction, careful stain chemistry and a trained two-person crew to your door. We lift the fine Dhaka dust, monsoon mildew and everyday spills that a vacuum cannot reach — then leave your floor soft, bright and ready for family.
Why deep cleaning matters here
Every carpet in the city works as a giant filter. Road dust from construction, pollen, cooking oil vapour and fine grit drift through open windows and settle deep in the pile. Regular vacuuming lifts what sits on top, but the sharp particles that grind fibres and dull colours stay at the base — along with the dust mites and allergens that make a room feel stuffy.
Then comes the monsoon. Between June and September humidity in Dhaka rarely drops, and a carpet that stays damp underneath can develop a musty smell, mildew spots and backing damage. Our cleaning method is built around both problems: we remove the embedded soil with heated rinse water and powerful suction, and we recover as much moisture as possible so the carpet dries fast even on a humid day.
The result is a floor that looks brighter, feels softer underfoot and smells of nothing at all — which is exactly how clean should smell.
What we clean
Most homes have more fabric on the floor and furniture than they realise. Book one service or bundle several into a single visit — bundling saves travel time and typically lowers the per-item price.
Fabric sofas, dining chairs, divans and headboards cleaned on site with low-moisture tools that protect foam and frames. Cushion covers are tested for colour-fastness first.
Gentle, fringe-safe washing for hand-knotted, kilim and machine-made rugs.
Enzyme treatment for urine and accidents.
Scheduled night and weekend cleaning for carpet tiles, corridors, conference rooms and prayer halls, with maintenance plans and invoices for your accounts team.
Dry-vacuum with HEPA filtration, targeted stain removal and a sanitising mist — ideal before a new baby arrives or after an illness at home.
Our promises, in numbers
We would rather tell you exactly what to expect than promise miracles. Some old stains — bleach marks, burns and long-set dyes — cannot be reversed by any cleaner. We will tell you that honestly at inspection, before you pay a single taka.
Free in Mirpur and nearby areas; we measure, test and quote on the spot.
Most carpets are walkable in 4–6 hours with fans and open ventilation.
If a treated spot wicks back, tell us within two days and we return free.
Uniformed, ID-carrying technicians; a lead cleaner supervises every job.
A visit, step by step
Every job follows the same checklist, so you always know what the crew is doing and why. Your lead cleaner walks you through each stage before starting.
Fibre type, dye stability and problem spots are checked and photographed.
Commercial vacuuming pulls out loose grit before any water touches the pile.
Matched spotters loosen oils, tea, curry and mud; traffic lanes get agitation.
Heated rinse water flushes residue while strong suction recovers moisture.
Pile is brushed upright, air movers placed and furniture set on protective tabs.
Seasonal care calendar
The city's weather decides how fast carpets get dirty and how quickly they dry. Here is how we advise families and offices to plan the year.
High humidity slows drying and invites mildew. We switch to low-moisture methods, add anti-microbial rinse where needed and schedule morning slots so carpets dry in daylight. Roll and store rugs that sit near balconies or damp walls.
Low humidity and cool air make winter the ideal time for full hot-water extraction and big hand-knotted rug washes. It is also when road dust peaks, so traffic lanes grey quickly — one thorough clean resets the whole home.
Festival weeks book out fast. Reserve your slot two to three weeks early for drawing rooms, prayer rugs and sofas, and ask about our quick spot-and-groom visit for the days just before guests arrive.
Where we work
Our vans leave Mirpur every morning. North and west Dhaka are closest and usually get same-day slots; central and eastern areas are served on a route schedule so that we can keep prices fair and arrive on time despite traffic.
Not on the list? Call or WhatsApp us — we regularly clean for clients in Savar, Ashulia and Narayanganj for larger commercial jobs.

Most wall-to-wall carpets are dry to the touch in 4–6 hours when fans run and windows stay open. Thick wool rugs and humid monsoon days can take longer, up to 10–12 hours. We leave air movers running during the visit and tell you when it is safe to walk on the surface with clean socks.
Yes. We use low-odour, biodegradable detergents and rinse thoroughly so no sticky residue remains. For homes with newborns, asthma or pets, tell us in advance and we will use our fragrance-free, low-VOC range.
No. Our crew moves light furniture such as chairs, side tables and small shelves. Heavy wardrobes, beds and pianos are cleaned around. Please remove fragile items, papers and small objects from the floor before we arrive.
Many common stains — tea, curry, mud, wine, ink and most pet accidents — lift well, especially when treated early. Bleach spots, burns, dye bleeding and stains that have been heat-set by irons or hair dryers are usually permanent. We test first and tell you what to expect before charging.
You can pay by bKash, Nagad, cash or bank transfer after the job is finished and you have checked the result. Offices can request a formal invoice with 15-day payment terms.
For most Dhaka homes we recommend a full deep clean every 6–12 months, with an extra visit before Eid or family events. Homes with pets, small children or allergy sufferers benefit from cleaning every 4–6 months.
