About Carpet Fresh Now
Carpet Fresh Now was started by carpet technicians who were tired of seeing beautiful rugs ruined by rushed washing and overpromising. We built a company around careful methods, fair prices and plain talk.
Our story
Carpet Fresh Now began as a small two-person team working out of Mirpur, cleaning carpets for neighbours, relatives and local mosques. Word spread the way it does in Dhaka — through family WhatsApp groups and building committees — because people noticed two things: the carpets dried fast, and the price never changed after the work began.
As requests grew, we invested in better extraction machines, a dedicated rug-washing room and proper training for every new technician. Today we serve homes and businesses across the city, but the founding promise has not changed: inspect honestly, quote in writing, clean carefully and leave the home as tidy as we found it.
We still take pride in the small jobs — the single tea stain on a wedding-gift sofa, the grandmother's prayer rug, the child's first bedroom carpet. Those are the jobs that remind us why the details matter.
“Clean should smell of nothing, feel soft underfoot and cost exactly what we said it would.”
— The Carpet Fresh Now crew pledge
We tell you which stains will not come out before you pay. We would rather lose a job than disappoint a customer with a promise we cannot keep.
Shoe covers, floor runners and furniture protection on every visit. We work quietly, keep to the rooms agreed and clean up our own mess.
The right method for each material, even when a faster method would be more profitable. A carpet that lasts longer is a better result for everyone.
The team
Every team member completes in-house training on equipment, chemistry and customer care, and shadows an experienced lead technician before working independently.
Inspect, quote and supervise every visit; trained in fibre identification and stain chemistry.
Operate extraction and upholstery tools and look after furniture moving and protection.
Hand-wash and dry area and heirloom rugs in our Mirpur workshop.
Answers calls and WhatsApp, plans routes and follows up after every job.
A day with our crew
Machines tested, tanks filled with clean water, spotting kits restocked and routes confirmed.
Two or three home visits, scheduled early so carpets dry through the warmest part of the day.
Upholstery jobs, rug collections and deliveries, plus quality checks on rugs drying in the workshop.
A separate night team cleans offices and hotels once staff and guests have gone.
Book a free inspection and see how we work. No pressure, no obligation — just honest advice about your carpets.
