1. General information only
The content on carpetfreshnow.com — including cleaning tips, stain advice, rug-care guidance, seasonal recommendations and pricing guides — is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a trained technician. Every carpet, rug and fabric is different, and advice that suits one item may damage another.
2. DIY advice
Our first-aid stain tips are intended to limit damage until a professional can help. Always test any product or method on a hidden area first. Carpet Fresh Now is not responsible for damage caused by home cleaning attempts, products purchased from other suppliers or methods applied without our supervision.
3. Results may vary
Descriptions of cleaning results, drying times and stain removal describe typical outcomes, not guarantees. Actual results depend on fibre type, age, dye stability, the nature and age of stains, previous treatments, humidity and ventilation. Some stains and damage are permanent. We will explain realistic expectations at inspection.
4. Pricing information
Prices shown on our website are indicative for August 2026 and are provided to help you budget. They are not an offer. Final prices are confirmed in a written quotation after inspection and may change with market costs, travel distance, access and item condition.
5. Health and allergy information
References to allergens, dust mites or sanitising describe the general benefits of professional cleaning. They are not medical claims. If you or a family member have asthma, allergies, chemical sensitivities or a medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional and tell us before your visit so we can select suitable products.
6. Images
Photographs on our website are used for illustration of the types of items, spaces and cleaning activities we handle. They may include stock photography and do not necessarily show our own staff, clients or completed jobs.
